Refund Policy

1. Summary

All purchases on KlikJobs are non-refundable. The service delivers job matches the moment you pay — those matches are generated against live job listings and surfaced to your account immediately. There is no way to "return" delivered matches to the source, so we cannot reverse a purchase after access has been granted.

The narrow exceptions below cover billing errors and statutory consumer rights, which are always honored.

2. Monthly subscriptions (Plus, Pro)

  • Cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not refund the current billing period.
  • You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Renewals are non-refundable. Set a reminder or cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue.

3. One-time purchases (7-day Boost)

The 7-day Boost grants immediate, time-limited access to Pro features and triggers a fresh round of matching against your profile. Because access is delivered instantly and is consumable, Boost purchases are non-refundable once activated.

4. Duplicate or failed-delivery charges

Duplicate charges, charges where access was never delivered, and charges resulting from a clear billing error on our side are always refunded in full. Contact us with the charge date and the email on your account.

5. Statutory rights (EU / UK / other jurisdictions)

Where local law grants a statutory cooling-off period or other refund right (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK for first-time digital purchases), those rights apply and are not limited by this policy. By purchasing you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately and, where permitted, you consent to performance beginning before any cooling-off period expires. Our payment processor administers statutory refunds as merchant of record.

6. How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel a subscription: open the customer billing portal from your billing settings and use the cancel option. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues to its end.

To request a refund (limited to the cases in Sections 4 and 5): submit a request through our contact form using the same email on your KlikJobs account. Include the charge date and approximate amount. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Our payment processor's customer portal may also expose a refund-request button. Requests filed there reach our team for review under the same policy — they are not automatically approved. EU/UK statutory withdrawal requests are administered by the processor as merchant of record.

7. Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve billing-error requests directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of the associated account until the dispute is resolved.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the "Last updated" date above. Existing entitlements are unaffected.
