Refund Policy

1. Summary

KlikJobs sells digital subscription software and one-time digital purchases. Because the service is delivered immediately on payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. The exceptions below apply, and statutory consumer rights are always respected.

2. Monthly subscriptions (Plus, Pro)

  • You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it does not refund the current billing period.
  • You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If you were charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review pro-rata or full refund on a case-by-case basis, provided usage in that period was minimal.

3. One-time purchases (7-day Boost)

The 7-day Boost grants immediate, time-limited access to Pro features. Because access is delivered instantly and is consumable, Boost purchases are non-refundable once activated. If a Boost fails to activate due to a technical issue on our side, we will either re-issue it or refund the purchase.

4. Duplicate or failed-delivery charges

Duplicate charges, charges where access was never delivered, and charges resulting from a clear billing error on our side are always refunded in full. Contact us with the charge date and the email on your account.

5. Statutory rights (EU / UK / other jurisdictions)

Where local law grants a statutory cooling-off period or other refund right (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK for first-time digital purchases), those rights apply and are not limited by this policy. Our payment processor administers these refunds as merchant of record.

6. How to request a refund

Submit a request through our contact form using the same email on your KlikJobs account. Include the charge date and approximate amount. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

7. Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve refund requests directly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of the associated account until the dispute is resolved.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the "Last updated" date above. Existing entitlements are unaffected.
