By accessing or using KlikJobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform.
2. Use of Service
KlikJobs provides hiring infrastructure including a job board and applicant tracking tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to post misleading job listings, harvest personal data, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
The KlikJobs platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by KlikJobs and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit (job listings, applications, etc.) but grant us a license to display and process that content as necessary to provide the service.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on the platform. Job listings must be accurate and comply with applicable employment laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or that we determine to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlikJobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
