Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KlikJobs, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

KlikJobs offers two account types: job seekers (find and apply to roles) and employers (post and manage roles). Employer accounts must use a verifiable company email.

• No scraping, crawling, or automated extraction of the platform without written permission.
• No fake job postings, fake résumés, or impersonation.
• No harvesting of seeker data (contact info, résumés) for purposes outside hiring.
• No abuse of rate limits, no attempts to bypass plan caps, no tampering with the matching system.

Paid plans (seeker: Plus, Pro / employer: Starter, Growth, Scale) renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and features are listed on the pricing page. Billing is handled by our payment processor; we'll email you for renewals and failed charges.

• You own your résumé and profile content. You grant KlikJobs a limited license to store, parse, and display it for the purpose of matching you to roles.
• Employers own the job posts they create. By posting, you grant KlikJobs the right to display, rank, and surface those posts to relevant seekers.
• Crawled jobs from public sources remain the property of their original publishers; KlikJobs displays a snippet and deep-links to the source.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a risk to other users, with notice where reasonable and immediately where necessary.

Matching is best-effort and based on the data you provide. We don't guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific outcome. Employer-posted jobs are screened heuristically, not vetted in person, so apply with the same caution you would on any job board.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond what applicable law requires.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KlikJobs' total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Liability cap details: placeholder pending legal review.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Placeholder: confirm with counsel before launch.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to active accounts at least 14 days before they take effect.
